Special Guest Madeline Pryce: THE DARK CRAVINGS BLOG TOUR

A-DARK CRAVINGS-Blog Tour presented by Madeline Pryce

I want to take a minute to thank Maggie for hosting me today. Your books rock (so hurry up and write more so I can keep reading!)

Today, we’re at the bar with Micah. He’s got a lot of attitude (the looks to back it up) and a fondness for guns…and Ella.

Hero. Human—or, is he?

Micah’s laugh reverberated off the walls, drawing a smile across my face. Only Micah could look this handsome right after he’d been white as a sheet and laid up in bed, ready to die, a mere hour ago.

The dark tufts of his hair were softly skewed from a cowlick I’d never noticed before. At some point he must have dragged a hand through those strands, because there was a streak of my blood on his forehead.

When he looked at me, his eyes sparkled from the challenge. I couldn’t help how my heart beat just a little faster when he winked at me.

“That’s a low blow, Ella.”

Bending down, Micah nuzzled the side of my face. When he got to my neck, his tongue just barely snaked out to lap at the bite, his bite, that hadn’t healed on my neck. The only things my vampiric powers hadn’t healed were his bites. Mates. I shivered. A needy moan escaped my lips, encouraging him.

Light as a feather, Micah ran his hand up my side. He cupped the back of my neck. Gently, he pulled me forward and tilted my head to the side as if to kiss me. Good God, what was he doing to me? At the last moment, when my eyes closed and my lips parted, he guided my all too pliable body to the floor until I was lying on my back.

He gently straddled my hips and pinned me to the shaggy brown rug.

“I’m plenty man enough, haven’t I proven that already?” he whispered.

Woodford Reserve Bourbon, neat—as smooth as a good scotch, but still carries the smokiness of a Bourbon

David Williams (Aussie rugby star who looks better out of uniform…)

Green Demon—tastes like honeydew and lemons, it also matches Micah’s eyes when they glow…

For a chance to win an electronic copy of DARK CRAVINGS leave a comment (be sure to include your email). I’ll randomly pick a replier within three days for each blog stop. Don’t forget to enter the grand prize (Rafflecopter link at bottom). One lucky winner will receive a $25 gift card from Amazon or Barnes & Noble.

1 oz Rum
1 oz Vodka
1 oz Melon Liqueur
Top up with Lemonade

Shake all ingredients except the Lemonade with crushed ice and pour into a highball glass. Top up with Lemonade. Garnish with mint.

As a half-breed vampire, Ella Grey’s life sucks. She does her best to pass the time killing demons and secretly admiring her Shadow Hunter partner, Micah. He’s hot, dangerous and knows it. He’d be just Ella’s type if he weren’t likely to kill her the moment she put a toe out of line.

A chance encounter with a succubus changes everything. From the second the succubus’s spell washes over them, Ella and Micah are helpless to keep their hands off one another. The sex, when it’s not leaving them on the verge of death, is earth shattering and for the first time in ages Ella is connected with someone on a level she’d feared lost forever. But a dangerous prophecy has been set into motion, and if Ella’s not careful it’ll pull her straight from Micah’s arms and into the deepest bowels of the underworld.

A Romantica® Paranormal erotic romance from Ellora’s Cave

Publisher’s Note: This book was previously published under the title Blood Lust Rising. It has been revised and expanded for EC.

Madeline Pryce wrote her first novel when she was ten, penned with neon-pink ink in a loose-leaf binder. Captivated by romantic literature, yet intrigued by the paranormal, she continues to develop her own voice, writing the kinds of stories that inspired her as a teen.

Hi Micah. Nice to meet you. ^_^ Your drink looks like some kind of elixir, could it be a love potion?

Belinda - Right! Doesn't it look refreshing? I'll admit it isn't very manly, but I think Micah has enough testosterone to handle it. I'm so glad you came out today.

Q - Please do and let me know what you think!! <3 thank you for following along!

Sherry - Most def a love potion. *shivers* LOL. I'm glad to see you today!

I will have to try this drink. But I want to know if Micah's preference is for Bourbon, why is there none in his drink? Just curious. Looks refreshing and cool, which is needed when reading this book which will have you burning up. I am counting the days till Dark Innocence comes out.
