It was only a few years ago that I could clean my house in less than a day, have time to read a good book, do the grocery shopping and cook a gourmet dinner...all on my day off the day job of course.
Today it takes me 3 days to do all that! Not happy Jan!!!
I mean, it's not like I feel any older in my heart or my head. In fact in a lot of ways I am a lot less conservative in my thinking. I suppose that is a given since I write erotic romance :-)
So what am I going to do about it?
Get back on track with WW (You might have noticed that I haven't been checking in. Bad Maggie!)
Get moving. I have signed up for the Global Corporate Challenge, and as a team captain I am determined to get those 10k plus steps in every day for 3 months from the end of May. That should help!
And when I finish decluttering...well, it's time to get a cleaner so I can spend more time on myself!
One day a young girl ran out of books to read. Not wanting to be bored she thought to herself - "I can write one myself!" So she did!

LOL, MAgs, I have never been able to do all that in just a day. In fact, I don't think I've been able to clean my whole house in my life.
Much as I dislike the aging process too, I hate the housework a million times more.

Well you see Jess, I was able to do a lot more when I was younger...had much more energy!
Now I feel like a crochety old woman some days...LOL
